Many people know the picture taken on December 21, 1970, in which Elvis Presley shakes his hand and broadly smiles at the president of the United States Richard Nixon. For two years, the very fact of this meeting was kept secret. Time later, the snapshot became one of the most frequently requested documents from US archives.
